Parrot Hooked Rug with Hearts. SOLD

Perky orange Parrot sitting on a twig with leaves.   An undulating colourful oval frames the bird to accentuate its' stylized figure.  The outer border is hooked with hit and miss blacks and browns with orange scrolls each with a red heart and are placed strategically to create further dimension and appeal for the design of the rug.  Excellent condition.  Circa 1930.  Western Ontario.       Size:  28" x 40"
